Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil Salad

2 cups fresh basil leaves
3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
2 ounces reduced-fate mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Arrange basil leaves on chilled salad plates. Alternate slices of tomato and cheese over basil. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
