A: At the Heart Hospital, we recognize that the family plays a key role in the patient healing process. Therefore, we do everything we can to make family members welcome. Our hospitality services include pagers available for check-out at the concierge desk; a complimentary family member meal served in the patient room; discounted rates at local hotels for patient family members; and a pull-out sleeper bed in each patient room for a family member to stay the night.
